About Janice Marshall

Janice is a licensed real estate assistant who brings a wealth of experience to the team. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry and more than 20 years of overall business background, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the full transaction lifecycle, from listing and marketing to contract preparation and closing coordination.

Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and her constant drive to expand her knowledge of real estate are essential to the team’s success. Janice ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so that our agents can remain fully focused on their clients.

Born and raised in Milton, Janice moved to Guelph in 1997 to attend the University of Guelph and has remained in the area ever since. She now calls Eden Mills home and values the strong sense of community it offers.

Outside of work, Janice and her husband are kept busy by their three children. She takes every opportunity to be outdoors—whether heading to cottage country, camping with friends, or tending to her large gardens. Janice values time spent with family and when she has a moment to unwind, she is never far from a good podcast, audiobook, or her favourite playlist.
