Rob, Derek, and Jennifer have all been amazing to work with. We actually tried to private sell our home first, but there was only so much of our own network we could spread the word to. We then moved the sale over to The Green Advantage, and in 3 days we had 3 offers! We're now moving our family and our operations to a new space, which The Green Advantage Team also helped us find. We'd been looking to buy a place in southern Ontario for a few years now, and our search is complicated by the fact that we're currently living in the USA. We had worked with a couple of realtors but hadn't found the right one who could really help us. On a recent trip, we met up with Rob Green, and liked him immediately. He was always available, action-oriented, and knowledgeable about the area and the market. When we decided to make the offer, Rob was super-helpful, putting us in touch with a lawyer to help answer some tricky cross-border questions. Rob was never pushy and helped us clarify what we wanted to offer. He helped coordinate all the cross-border closing activity. After the close, we can't move in immediately, so Rob helped us line up people to winterize and take care of the house until we can get there. Would definitely work with Rob again, although we love the place so much that we hope we never need to. :)

We recently sold our house with Rob Green at The Green Advantage Team. From our initial meeting I was very impressed with Rob's track record, knowledge of the market, knowledge of my particular area and his attention to detail. Recently I was given the responsibility of executor for my father's estate and that included selling his home of 35 years. I interviewed three agents before Derek and immediately upon meeting him, I felt his enthusiasm for the property. I never lived in my father's house and it was rural property so it brought up some unknowns for me. Derek was incredible. Whenever something came up that I didn’t know, Derek was there for me. If he didn’t know the answer he was curious to find out. He was very diligent and tried to anticipate any obstacles that might come up.
